Umm. .

A lot has happened since my last update and news. I made a Jerrath fansite called Enchanting Jerrath. It at first was just going to be a section here of my in character journal for my Jerrathian char. It turned into a bit more than that. It does have the journal complete with screen shots, but it has some other stuff for Jerrath fans as well.

I made a few tiles for Jerrath, but they haven't been added yet. They might not, depends on if anyone else makes some better ones. I ran into trouble with my tile making when I couldn't get mine to be transparent where they were suposed to be. That set me off from tile making for awhile.

My transition from player to Mapper in Jerrath was a rocky one. I guess it'd been different if I'd been wanting the job. I never asked for it though. I had just told Kael that whatever he needed from me, he just needed to ask. Then one day I was picking on his spy char and my name suddenly changed to grey. It changed again later that night when I became mapper. It's tough, because as an admin I have to pay more attention to what I say and do. There's a lot less freedom as an admin and I'm a whole lot busier than when I was a player. Gone are the times would I could just sit around doing nothing. Now there doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day.

I do my best to police Jerrath and enforce Kael's laws. Sometimes I get a tad busy with mapping and miss what others say though. I've been trying to get a city finished for Jerrath. Mapping it is only the first step. I'll have to fill it and give it purpose and a history as well.

In other news, I've decided to move to Seattle next summer and become a knight. I want to work with the Seattle Knights as one of them. I'd also like to make and sell ren costumes and leather armor. I also plan to do role playing books, and maybe a few adventures for Dragon Magazine one day. That'd be cool. I've got a book I'm working on right now, but I don't want to say just what yet. I want to keep it under covers a little longer, at least until it's off the ground a bit more. It'll be a role playing book for the d20 system.

Almost forgot to mention the new look of the site. You like it? I also got around to scanning a few images and will add them to the Art section. I've decided to sort my art by date and not alphabetical. I'll put the newest on top, so you see the best stuff first, and the oldest on bottom, since most won't look at them all anyway. heh. I made the background you see on this page, feel free to take it and use it as you wish.
