This was never really meant for wide release. My good friend Galyn over at Infinite Games had a friend that wanted their Kajjit to see in the dark all the time, not just when they activated their skill. After all, cats should see in the dark. I'm sure this has been done by others, but here is mine as well.
If I remember correctly, it just replaces the spell with a permanent ability to see in the dark. That ability being Night Vision, thus the name of the mod.
