The Doors of Darkness

The figure of a Vampire is said to be a creature clad in Darkness and Legend, who awakens at night and drinks blood from his victims in order to survive.

Vampires do not just rise from fantasy, but from substantial and documental reporting. The eastern borders of Europe have been plagued by hundreds of Vampires, who bled the population of villages to death. Vampires have an extensive history and clear lineage of their own and are not just a local phenomenon.

Their origins could be traced to ancient Egyptian times, when the cult and the worship of the dead was ritually represented by ceremonies in which the acolytes revered a divinity that looked like a black bird. This bird represented the flight of the soul at the moment of death and its journey into the world of shadows.

The Vampire, ancient and modern, is truly born from the regions of the unconscious with small and significant remnants surfacing to bring us intensely hints, keeping out interest without ever providing the whole truth.
