Blazing Trail

Range: Short or NA
Effect: Blazing Trail conjures up sheets of flames in one of two ways. If the character uses Blazing Trail as an attack action, a wall of flame 2m high, and 2m meters long per point of the character's combined Elan and Moxie springs up within range. If the character instead uses it as a free action, the Blazing Trail springs up through where the character moved during this turn. With both uses, the flames are transparent and thin, attacking any character who passes through them with an 18 damage Moxie-based Fire attack.
Burning Nova
Action: Attack or Free
Range: Melee, optional Close
Effect: A quick burst of fire springs up from around the character, damaging everything nearby. Burning Nova attacks all surrounding creatures with a +2 accuracy, 18 damage Moxie-based Fire attack. It can be used as a Free Action, but doing so inflicts one wound to the character. Its range can be increased to Short, but doing so causes the character to become a target as well.
Fireball
Action: Attack
Range: Medium, optional Long
Effect: The character shoots a blast of fire at his target, making a Moxie-based 20 Fire damage attack. This attack can be turned into a 4m burst that hurts both enemies and allies for -2 damage, and its range can be extended to Long for -1 accuracy.
Flame Blade
Action: Free
Range: NA
Effect: The character conjures up a magical blade made of fire, that he can wield in melee. Flame Blade is a +2 accuracy, 16 damage weapon that deals Fire damage. Using Flame Blade in two hands gives the character a +2 bonus to damage. The character may make Strength based or Moxie based attacks with Flame Blade, and treats it as a normal weapon. If the Flame Blade deals wounds to a creature, the creature suffers a -1 penalty to accuracy for a number of rounds equal to the wounds dealt. If the creature suffers multiple attacks, the duration is cumulative but the penalty is not. If the Flame Blade leaves the character's grasp, it immediately burns to ash.
Heatwave
Requirements: Any 3 other Pyromancy abilities
Action: Move
Range: Self
Effect: The area within Short range around the character becomes unbearably hot. Any creature with less fire resistance than the character cannot use channeled abilities within the area. Any abilities that originate in or target a creature in the area gain a +2 bonus to damage if they deal fire damage, or a -2 penalty to damage if they deal water damage. While this ability is active, the character suffers a -2 penalty to water resistance. This effect lasts for one round, and the character must spend a move action each round to maintain the effect.
Inner Fire
Action: Attack
Range: Short
Effect: By stoking the fire within the soul, the character makes himself and all his allies burn with fiery might. The character and all of his allies deal Fire damage in addition to whatever damage they normally deal with melee weapons. Any melee weapons that already dealt fire damage gain a +1 bonus to damage. This ability lasts for the group until a round passes in which none of the members deals at least 1 wound of damage to an enemy.
Pyrotechnics
Action: Move
Range: Medium
Effect: Even the mightiest blazes start as small embers - and a skilled pyromancer can control both. By targeting a fire, the character can command a variety of different effects. He can create a cloud of smoke up to 20m by 20m wide that blocks all vision or direct a spreading flame's path (even causing it to extinguish). If targeted against the creature, the character can choose between giving the creature +2 Accuracy or -2 Damage to all Fire damage attacks for one round. A creature cannot benefit from Pyrotechnics multiple times in one round.
Rain of Fire
Action: Full (Channeled)
Range: Long
Effect: On his round, the character begins to summon a firestorm, causing giant blasts of fire to rain from the area. Everything within Short range of the target point suffers a Moxie based 24 damage Fire attack at the start of the character's round. In addition, once the character ends channeling, a cloud of burning flames persists for 3 rounds, and all creatures suffer a Moxie based 16 damage Fire attack every time they end their round within its area. This cloud can be summoned even if the character spends no time channeling Rain of Fire.
