Draden
Wow! Grade 3! It's hard to believe that we have come this far! Draden is continuing to have an Aid in the classroom. He now shares her with another child as he is starting to become less and less dependant on having his "helper". I dream of a day when he'll be without his Aid...and I think that is a real possibility too! His acedemics continue to soar. He's a brilliant kid with such enthusiasm for life. He still has some food issues but he's opened up to trying new foods and liking alot of them too! Now that's a milestone! Socially, he still needs to be prompted to 'act' accordingly and to ask to join groups of play rather than 'busting' in on them! His speech is coming along and will continue to be an ongoing project. He tends to speak way to fast and way to low...but at least he's talking! Growth...Growth...Growth....way to go, Draden!!! ~G~
