This is how most people enter the sanctuary, either from the left or the right of the frame of this picture. Here we have the Narthex where our ushers stay. This is also a good place to hang out if you don't want to be noticed by the congregation if you are putting on a play or show such as Joseph. Through the windows in the very background of this picture is the chapel. If you try you can stick your head under the pew and lok through the windows you can see the people in the chapel
And here we have the most important part of the church; the Sanctuary. There are, as you can see quite a few many pews, you are welcome to try and fill them all. the green patch on the left of centre is the pulpit, which is only used by the youth during our services and presentations. In the centre top is the cross draped by another of Joanne Graham's ideas. In the centre centre there is the table where we light the Christ candle (or others depending on the occasion.) and present our offerings. The green patch to the right is the lecturn where everything other than the theme conversation is said, including scripture and announcements. behind the pulpit on the left is where our choir sits. We used to have different pews but a slight renovation happened "for Joseph" and the pews were removed and replaced with comfortable chairs that happily enough face the congregation now. To the right behind the lecturn is where Peter our pianist/organist sits and plays. We have both an organ and a fancy dancy piano, which came from donations to the piano fund when our older "real" piano decided not to work properly.
