Heh...here's some artwork I did to go along with my Glenn Dragon. It IS by me, so no sticky fingers.

High Governor Legatus is, ah, High Governor of the Walled City. This basically means he is the Boss of Everything. He isn't mean, though. He uses his power wisely, and oversees his domain well. He is the one that lobbyed to appoint Lilly as Guardian, and the Council agreed with his reasoning.
