Unlike Sef, Isichar is proud and regal. He 'chose' his keeper by hopping decidedly onto the boy's shoulder and refusing to leave. Ivan wasn't dissapointed about this, either. Isichar spends many hours singing and preening his brilliant silvery feathers, but, when called upon, the Phoenix can be dangerous. He sometimes helps Lilly and Lyra fight the Morsani.
