Draco's Discovery

Draco Malfoy loved being a prefect; it gave him the authority to tower over students and push them around. He especially loved taking points away from their Houses.

"Which is exactly what I'm going to do now," he muttered to himself as he turned the corner and saw two figures whispering in hushed tones with their backs to him. As he got closer, he recognized who they were and said in a sneering voice, "Having a little midnight rendevous, are we, Potter? Chang?"

Cho gasped. "Malfoy! Uh, we were just... Please don't..."

"Don't you know it's against the rules to be out in the halls at this time of the night? Then again... Potter doesn't care. Everything's always excused for him.. But not this time. Five points from Gryffindor; two from Ravenclaw," commanded Draco.

"Hey, how come she only gets two points taken away?" asked Harry. Cho glanced at him exasperatedly and motioned for him to keep quiet.

"Do you have a problem with that, Potter? If it suits you better, then I'll award Ravenclaw five points and take ten from Gryffindor."

Before Harry could open his mouth again, Draco spun on his heel and stalked off, calling over his shoulder, "By the way, I saw Filch making his rounds on the floor below. It's only a matter of time before he gets here."

He heard them whisper goodbye to each other and hurry off, a satisfied smile creeping over his face. He looked back, expecting to see them gone, but Cho Chang was walking quietly behind him, her head down.

"Cho?" Draco was surprised at how gentle his voice was.

The girl's head snapped up, startled. "Y-yes?"

Draco was suddenly unsure of what to say. "Uh..." Wait, why was he even thinking of being nice to her? He didn't even know her. "What are you still doing out here? Get to your Common Room!"

Cho narrowed her eyes, moving closer to him. "That's where I was going."

Draco looked down at her, noticing (not for the first time) how pretty she really was. She was even nearer now and had pulled herself up to her fullest height, gazing into his grey eyes.

"Well, you better get there faster, otherwise..."

"What? You'll award Ravenclaw five more points?" she asked, smirking slightly.

Draco couldn't answer. His heart was pumping and his trousers felt uncomfortably tight. They hadn't even touched, so why was he so worked up already?

"That's right," he said huskily, discovering she had backed him up against the wall.

Cho giggled, then bit her lower lip. "You know..." she began slowly. "I've liked you for a long time. I've always thought you were one of the best-looking boys at Hogwarts." She ran a finger along Draco's jawline leisurely. "Along with Harry and... and Cedric, of course. But Cedric's... gone. And it's over with Harry and me." Her finger traced over his lips and continued down his throat and chest, pausing above a rather impressive bulge. She smiled victoriously, knowing she had been the one to cause it, then looked back up at him. His lips were parted slightly and a lock of hair had fallen over his eyes.

A cat meowed at the end of the hall and Cho jumped forward, traversing the few inches that had been between her and Draco. His arms instinctively wrapped around her slender body, while in his mind, he silently thanked Mrs. Norris. As the grey cat scrambled back to her owner, Cho leaned up and brushed her lips against Draco's softly. Then, giggling again, she hurried off. Draco remained standing against the stone wall as Filch turned the corner.

"You, boy! What are you doing out here?" He raised his lamp, squinting his eyes. "Oh, it's you, Mr. Malfoy's son. What are you doing, all pressed up against the wall like that?"

After a few seconds' silence, Draco found his voice. "My prefect duties, what else?"

Filch screwed up his face as he asked, "By just standing there?"

Draco rolled his eyes and left without answering, his mind on things that were far more important than a bloody caretaker. Namely, Cho Chang. He couldn't believe she had kissed him. Sure he liked her, but he hadn't done anything about it, partly because Pansy wouldn't ever give him the chance to look at anyone else. That damn bitch was always throwing herself at him, forcing him to share his bed with her whenever his dormitory was empty, constantly reminding him that they would be married after they were done at Hogwarts.

The other reason he had contained his feelings for her was because of Harry Potter. His friends had once pointed out to him that he was very similar to Harry: both were well liked and popular in their houses, had two cronies, were almost equally intelligent, and were Seekers for their Quidditch teams.

Draco had reached his dormitory and was undressing very carefully, for his arousal was still very much there. He emitted a low hiss as he slid into bed, wanting to kick out his two sleeping roommates and have some time alone with himself. But he knew the other two would be back in a matter of time, and he didn't want to be caught jerking off. Consequently, he went back to his thoughts.

Though he would rather die than tell anyone, Draco surreptitously envied his archenemy. He wanted to be just like him, and had even become a Seeker to prove his admiration for Harry. Not to mention all the hard work in becoming a prefect. He was shocked when he came to Hogwarts his fifth year and learned that his idol hadn't become a prefect. He had secretly wished to patrol the halls with him late at night. He just wanted to be noticed by Harry. But he knew that going after the first girl Harry ever had feelings for would cause him to attain a lot of attention, perhaps too much, and would elicit suspicions among his fellow Slytherins.

So he had decided to let Harry have something to call his own: a girl. Granted, he did have to contend with Pansy due to his decision, but it had gotten his friends off his back about his similarity to The Boy Who Lived. Atleast it would for awhile. What would they do if they found out about what had happened between him and Cho Chang? Draco answered his own question. They would taunt and rally him on endlessly about his feelings towards Harry being so strong that he even went after the same girl Harry liked. But he was positive that wouldn't be all they would do. Though he didn't want to find out exactly what the consequence would be, he couldn't simply forget about Cho that easily. The kiss between them was like the beginning of a suspense novel that he just had to get to the end of. And he would, come whatever may.

Draco rolled over, cursing silently; his hard-on was still there.

"Cho?"

Cho broke away from her circle of friends to see Draco standing behind her, looking around as though not wanting to be seen by any of the few remaining students that were finishing up their dinner.

"Yes?"

"Uh..." He pulled at the knot of his tie, loosening it a bit. "I was wondering if I could speak to you about something."

Cho glanced from the pale sixth-year Slytherin to her friends, not sure if it was safe for her to go with him and not be made fun of later.

Lisa Turpin, another sixth-year, elbowed her in the ribs, grinning. "Go on, Cho. He's waiting."

Obviously not.

"I don't think so. Maybe some other time," she said, shaking her head at him apologetically.

"No, this isn't about what you think," Draco said quickly. "I just wanted to tell you something about your Quidditch."

Cho raised her brow warily. "Really? Well, I guess that's okay then." She looked back at her friends. "You all go ahead, I'll catch up later."

Lisa led the other girls away, giggling. "Sure. We'll be in the Common Room. I'll see if I can save you some butterbeer or something."

As soon as they were out of sight, Cho grabbed Draco's hand, pulling him after her.

"Where are we going?" he asked, trotting up the stairs behind the dark-haired beauty.

"I know this room where you can...tell me what you want to about my Quidditch," she answered.

Draco stopped walking, pulling Cho back to him and flashing his trademark smirk. "Let me guess. The Room of Requirement?"

Before Cho could respond, he caught her face in his hands and leaned forward to kiss her. Prior to his lips touching hers, she smiled and slipped away. He cursed, chasing after her. By the time they were safely behind the doors of the Room of Requirement, Draco's desire for Cho was becoming unbearable. But he restrained himself, as though waiting for permission to touch her.

"So," Cho began, toying with a lock of her hair. "What is it you wanted to say concerning my Quidditch?"

"That you played really well in today's match against Hufflepuff," he replied, moving closer.

"So you want to congratulate me. Is that it?"

"I guess you could say that." He stopped a few feet away from her.

"Then what are you waiting for?" She grabbed his tie and pulled him against her, kissing him fiercely.

That was all the consent he needed from her. His mouth ravaged hers, their tongues converging and tangling. Cho moaned into his mouth, causing Draco to grin and pull away. Her breath ragged, she tugged his tie over his head and unbuttoned his shirt slowly, then pushed it, along with his robes, off his shoulders. Her fingers ventured over his pale chest and stomach before moving downwards and sliding his pants off.

Draco stood before her, clad in only black boxers. Cho couldn't take her eyes off the bump protruding the surface of the dark silk. A corner of Draco's lips lifted at the small gasp Cho elicited as he took her small hand in his and pressed it lightly against his throbbing erection.

As though Draco had instructed her to, she sank to her knees before him obediently, pulling off the boxers slowly. She took the tip of his cock in her mouth and sucked gently.

Draco's breath hitched and he threw back his head, closing his eyes.

His obvious pleasure renewed Cho's boldness as her tongue swirled and teased his tip, then began a trek along the entire length, licking him with sensual deliberation.

Draco's fingers wound themselves in her hair as blood pounded in his head, drowning out the short gasps he was emitting.

The tips of her teeth grazed lightly over the surface of his prick as she journeyed back to the head. She skimmed him with her tongue again before sucking with vigor.

"Good God," Draco panted, his grip in her hair tightening.

Cho knew he was about to go over the edge, and continued teasing and sucking. Finally, his teeth and eyes clenched shut, Draco erupted into Cho's mouth. She looked up at his feverish eyes before lightly kissing his tip and standing up.

Draco breathed in shakily, trying to calm himself down, and wrapped his arms around her torso.

"Well, that was amazing, if I do say so myself," said Cho with a smug smile.

In response, his lips claimed hers hungrily, his tongue tasting himself in her mouth.

"Mmm." He opened his eyes, then frowned slightly. "You're still dressed."

"Oh, am I? Well, I might need some help...."

Draco had her standing naked before him faster than he had ever undressed a woman. Her long raven-colored hair, contrasting sharply with her skin, cascaded down her shoulders, covering her breasts. He leaned forward and kissed her earlobe, then nipped at her pulse point. He moved upwards, planting gentle kisses on her cheek and along her jawline. One arm sidled around her waist as his lips traveled in a wet path down her arched neck. Pausing at her collarbone, he gently brushed her hair away, exposing her plump breasts. Cho whimpered as his hands cupped the ampleness of her breasts and he leaned down to suck on each of them, then dragged his thumbs over the puckered buds the soft, sensitive nipples had transformed into.

As his mouth toyed with her breasts, one hand clutched her arse to him; the other fingered the dampness of her crotch. He slid one finger into her, twisting it around, smirking as Cho gasped. Another finger joined in while Draco began descending, leaving behind a trail of wet kisses on her stomach. His fingers withdrew as his head became level with her crotch. He smiled when Cho's bun tightened under his left hand once he blew lightly into her entrance. He gently kissed her there, then flicked his tongue over her clit. His tongue ventured inside her, whipping about, causing Cho to moan loudly.

"Oh, Draco, don't stop," she groaned, her fingers sliding into his soft, white hair.

That was the first time she had called him by his first name, he realized, rubbing his thumb across her clit while his tongue teased her. Pansy had never cried out, "Draco!" It was always, "Harder, Malfoy," or "Malfoy, come ON."

He pulled out his tongue and captured her clit with his soft lips, tickling and nibbling. After a slow and drawn out suck, Cho came with a moan from deep inside her throat, almost collapsing. The sound made Draco randier as he rose up slowly, kissing her everywhere he could reach. Cho took his face in her hands and kissed him sweetly. He closed his lust-filled eyes and wondered why the hell there wasn't a bed. After all, it was a room that provided what you required, right?

His wish was fulfilled, for a bed appeared behind him and Cho shoved him onto it. Giggling, she crawled on top of him and tried to pin him down. She was only able to hold him down for a wet, sucking kiss on the neck and a quick nip at the ear before Draco flipped them over and spread his body over hers. He ran his hands through her hair as he kissed her tenderly for a few minutes, his tongue tracing and exploring every part of her mouth he could reach, the ends of his hair tickling her forehead. Cho wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling his body closer to hers. When her nipples grazed his, both broke off for air, surprised at the shockwaves it sent down their spines. Draco smirked and pulled back, attacking her breasts. Cho bucked her hips against his in delight and when he pulled away, they had a slight bruised appearance. That didn't seem to bother Cho, as she raised her hips again imploringly, her eyes almost pleading for him to take her.

Draco smiled and accepted her offer, straddling above her upper thighs. He positioned himself and looked up at her again to make sure. She nodded and he went ahead, nudging himself deep into her. Sooner than Draco had expected, Cho began moving her hips. Together, they set a rhythm, and when he leaned over her to bury his face in the crook of her neck and shoulder, his nipples skimmed hers again. It simply added to the growing pressure in his groin, which was beginning to become uncontrollable.

"Fuck," he growled, his thrusts become more and more erratic as he neared his climax.

He gripped the plush comforter on either side of Cho's hair as they both came within mere seconds of one another. Both remained motionless for awhile before Draco gently pulled himself out of her and settled beside her, cuddling her close to his warm body.

"Draco..." said Cho breathlessly. "That was incredible."

"Mm-hmm," was the only answer she got. Luckily she didn't question it, because Draco wouldn't be able to explain his thoughts to her. After shagging Cho, his head was filling with images of Harry. Try as hard as he might, Draco couldn't rid his mind of the speculations. With a gasp, he realized why. He jumped off the bed and pulled on his clothes, not looking at Cho.

"Draco? What's wrong? Where are you going?" she asked, completely addled.

He didn't bother to answer her questions. "I... I've got to go, Cho. See you round." With that, he hurried from the Room of Requirement and ran straight to bed in his dormitory, ignoring comments from everyone. Oh, sweet Merlin. What was he going to do?

*****

Draco spotted Harry Potter sitting in the shadow at the base of the usual tree he and his two pals talked under.

"Potter! Hey, Potter!"

Harry looked up from the letter he was writing, concealing it inside his robes. He flushed, standing up.

"What's got you so embarrassed about?" Draco spat out involuntarily.

Harry went rigid. "Nothing. What do you want, Malfoy?"

Draco paused and looked around, his _expression changing to that of a much softer one. He couldn't believe he had actually mustered the courage to come up to Harry and tell him how he truly felt. Before he did, however, he asked about Granger and Weasley to make sure they wouldn't pop up during his confessions.

"They went to Hogsmeade to have lunch together. Why?"

"Well, because I wanted to--"

"Draco!" a feminine voice called out.

Both boys turned to watch Cho slink towards them, her hair billowing out behind her in the light wind.

"Hi, Harry," she said, greeting him with a smile. Then she turned to Draco. "Um... About last night...."

"Last night?" Harry raised a brow. "I think I'll leave you two to have your privacy..."

"No!" said Draco quickly, grabbing his forearm and holding him still. "I need to tell you both something."

"Both?" asked Cho, a befuddled look creeping over her pretty features.

"Yes, both." Draco took a deep breath. "Alright, all these years I've thought that my... envy... for Potter was just that. So I channeled all my feelings for him into the one emotion that I know best: hate. I've tried to become like him for so long...I wanted to be his friend. But nothing ever worked out, because of all the hate between us."

"I don't hate you, Malfoy," said Harry in a small voice.

"Nor do I, but last night, after shagging Cho, I realized...that I just wanted her because you had. That I don't love her....That I love you."

Cho screeched, "WHAT?!" as Harry gasped.

Draco stared at the ground determinedly, wanting to throw his arms around Harry, who looked incredibly cute, confused, and shocked at that moment, and snog him silly.

"Draco, I can't believe you.... But what about what we...."

"Cho, I don't know what to tell you," Draco replied, still watching the grass, his soft hair falling over his grey eyes.

There was an awkward moment of silence.

"I do," said Harry suddenly. He sounded a bit unsure of himself, but went on anyway, his green eyes turning to Cho. "Draco doesn't love you. So... you might as well just accept it."

Cho's eyes widened.

Harry raked a hand through his tousled hair and continued, feeling stronger with every word. "He wants me, so... get over it." He reached over and slid his hand into Draco's, intertwining their fingers.

Draco looked up slowly, uncertain of what was occurring, then glanced at their joined hands. Harry bit his lip, then reached into his robes and handed Draco the letter he had been composing, as though that would explain everything. Surprisingly, after skimming through it, it did.

The letter was addressed to Remus Lupin; Harry had written about his days at Hogwarts...and how much he liked Draco Malfoy but was too nervous to go after his secret desire.

Cho glanced at the letter over Draco's shoulder. "Harry, you...?"

He nodded firmly, smiling and giving Draco's hand a tiny squeeze. "Yes. I fancy Draco too."

Harry tilted his head towards Draco and planted a gentle kiss on his lips, his dark fringe brushing over Draco's closed eyes. As Cho looked away disgustedly, Draco smiled back, knowing he had reached the long-awaited ending of his suspense novel.
