The point of this page to think about some of the ways in which one may enhance personal power.

There are no simple or straightforward answers to this proposition. The journey to gain raving knowledge is fraught with obstacles and false turnings.

The two basic qualities that rave development requires are:

Will power is necessary in order to keep going along the path of rave development despite enticement and diversion from this route. Sexuality, pride, self glorification, narcissism, indignation, pleasure or abstinence; are all capable of detracting from the fundamental journey, which is to increase power.

Innocence is necessary because along the path of rave development, the many diversions and side tracks that one may take, can lead to feelings of guilt, low self esteem and failure. In order to subdue these feelings, it is important to retain a 'lightness of touch', so that the diversions in themselves become important, and are also part of the learning experience.

The increase in power and rave knowledge are not ends in themselves. Rave knowledge leads to the ability to control oneself in situations that one might otherwise have had difficulties. The increase in power leads to the ability to deal with the interactivity that modern life demands.
