| Step 1:How to find clay for pottery | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The best way to get clay for pottery is too mine it in near mines.I go to drawven for my clay for it is the closet and fastest way to make pottery.You will need at least a bronze pick to mine this and you will need mining of 1 or higher.Get all the clay you cna get and head to falador north of dwarven mine | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Step 2:How to turn the clay into soft working clay for pottery | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Once you reach falador buy a jug at general store for 3gp.If you already have a jug then get that instead of buying a jug.Once you have youre jug find a water fountion on falador there is one near the general store.Once foudn use youre jug with the water.The use the juj filled with water on the clay.This will turn it into soft working clay.Keep doing this till you run out of clay ore.Then head to barbarion village , south east of falador | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Step 3:Using the soft clay on the potters wheel | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Once you are in babarion go find the potters wheel.If you can not find it ask players for help.When you find the potters wheel use the soft clay on it you have a choice to make a pie dish,bowl,or pots.The pots require level 1 crafting, the pie dishes require level 3 crafting, and the bowls require 5 crafting.All of them have the same exp. gained level so it dous not matter what you make.Once you are done making all the pottery you can make,you have a another choice to keep the potter for later use (for pies curry.ect...). or you can just drop it you cant sell it for any money in stores they only pay you 0gp.Keep doing this if you wish to raise youre crafting.If you ahve forgoten what to do then just follow steps 1-3. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Head to ALkharid and look for the drafting shop.Here you cna buy a need and thready.Be sure to buy at least 60 or more thread. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Step 2:Getting started making leather | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Once you get youre needle and thread you need to bring 60gp with you.This will pay getting thought the al kharid gate.If you ahve done prine al rescue then you dont have to pay.But i still bring 60gp just in case.Go to al kharids gate and get though.Once you though go east and look for cows.Go inside the cow pen and look for cow hides.Be sure to egt as many as you can and head back to al kharid town. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Step 3:Using cow hides to make leather | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| The first thing you need to do is find the tannery in al kharid he will turn youre cow hides into leather.Once you have all youre cow hides turned into leather click on needle in inventory and use it on the leather you will have a choice to make leather gloves,leather boots,or leather armour.Gloves require level 1 crafting and give 13 xp.Boots require level 2 crafting and give 17 exp.And leather armour requires level 7 crafting and gives 25 exp.Making leather armour is the second,fastest way to raise youre crafting.If you wish to continue to do this just follow steps 1-3.When you have youre leather stuff made dont throw it away store it in bank.These sell for some money.You make a lot if you have lots of leather armour.So i would work till you have 7 crafting then thats where you'll make the money at.A anther good thing abotu leather is you are raising youre crafting and making money at the same time. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
