| Every spell that you cast requires runes.You can also use a special elemental staff wich can be found in varroks staff shop.Witch staff you buy gives you unlimeted of that rune.For example if you have a earth staff then you'll have elemeted earth runes when you are casting youre spells.You must have the staff equiped in order for it too work |
