Comments:

Not a huge week of changes here, but things are definitely heating up as we head towards the winter.  No Doubt hold on to the top spot, though they see direct competition behind them in the form of Dido.  "Stoned" is one of my favorite tracks on her new album, so I was very happy to find out that it's the B-Side to "White Flag," cos it means I can chart it.  This one would have been number one a few weeks ago, but that doesn't mean it still can't be.  If it could make number one, it would be the first B-Side to do so.

Other debuts this week come from Mark Owen, who follows up his top 5 hit with "Alone Without You."  While this one didn't hit it big in the UK, I think it's a great song and could do well on here.  Linus Loves (no idea who they are) debut with a cover of Stevie Nicks's "Stand Back."   Finally, Iio debuts with their third hit, "Smooth."  This is the follow up to their two previous hits, "Rapture (Tastes So Sweet)" (#1(4) - 12/01 - 1/02) and "At The End" (#2(1) - 12/02).  It seems they hit about once a year on my charts!  LOL.  Anyway, I don't think this one has the gusto to actually chart very high, but I think it could be a moderate hit.  Finally, Blonde and Aqualung make this weeks biggest moves and falls respecitvely.

That's all for this week ... until next week ....
