Comments:

Busy weekend ... and no not Halloween.  I didn't even celebrate that.  I had a singing competition (NATS).  Got honorable mention in the senior men's division ... so I'm a happy man.  My senior recital is next week too ... so next week I will be even happier when it's over!!

Though I didn't celebrate Halloween, I am celebrating a record on my charts.  "It's Your Life" has not spent TEN WEEKS at the top of my charts.  This is definitely a first and I honeslty didn't think it would happen.  I think the main reason for this is that a) It's a f--king amazing song b) other than mp3sfinder.com, I'm not really getting too many new songs from the net and c) the songs I do hear aren't good enough to take it from the top.  Erasure and Sugababes have been stuck at number 2 and 3 for three weeks.  In fact, the entire top 5 didn't move at all this week.

Songs one through eight are all bulleted this week.  Moving into the top ten is Clea, who rocket up 11 spots to number six with their debut hit.  Other big moves this week include Paul Van Dyk (please .. if anyone has an acutal radio edit of this song, email it to me at [email protected]), John Mayer, and this week's biggest mover Evanescence.  They will be playing at my college next month.  Probably won't go and see them, but who knows!

Stacie Orrico makes this week's biggest plunge, down 17.  Only four debuts this week.  Phixx has the biggest one.  This song sounds like 1980's Duran Duran to me.  Very fun song.  Other debuts this week come from Javine, Coldplay, and Kylie.  Only time will tell if Kylie has a hit with this song.  But my best guess is not.  This week we have TWO longevity champs.  Both songs have been on the charts now for 14 weeks.  When you compare it to the rest of the year's longevity champs, that's not very long!

Ok, time's up for now.  Life is busy this week (and every week!!!).  That's all for this week ... until next week ....
