Comments On This Week's Charts |
Well now that I am finally caught up with my charts once again, I can write a little but more, but won't since I'm pressed for time. Dirty Vegas almost grab their 2nd number one hit in a little less than three months with Simple Things Part 2. I'm thinking the Part 2 is in reference to the Another Brick In The Wall sample at the end of the song. Anyway, this one might give them their 2nd number one hit next week. Jakatta are loosing steam at the top, but manage to hold on for one more week.
It's been kind of a slow week as there are only 3 debuts and one reentry. Anyway, Kelly Clarkson makes this week biggest plunge while Thicke rerises to be this week's biggest mover. I finally saw The Rules Of Attraction and the song was featured in the movie. Good movie with GREAT MUSIC!
Anyway, as I have been very stressed out this week, I will end my comments here ... until next week, when I will be even busier!

I'm really suprised I liked this song this much right away. This is going for airplay on the AC charts right now. I really think I'm going to have to go out and pick up the album. So far everything I have heard I have liked. Anyway, this is the follow up to the number one smash, Ghosts. This one could be number one next week, but only time will tell. The Another Brick In The Wall sample at the end of the song is a bit odd though, but I don't have to listen to the whole track!

Another discoverey from the CHR/Pop Airplay charts of Radio & Records. Good fun song, with a catchy repetitive chorus. Should be top 5 next week. Go check it out!

I guess I'm finally getting on the bandwagon. This song is FINALLY catching on with me, though I don't think it will ever be as catchy as the Macarena. This one will probably loose steam pretty quickly, but you never know.
