Comments:

Ok actually getting back into the swing of things.  Let's get on to some real comments.  S Club 8 hold down the top spot for a third week with "Fool No More."  There really isn't much competition right now for the top spot so S Club 8 might have a chance to hold on for a while.  Speaking of S Club, their now defunct adult counterparts reenter this week with half of their last single, "Love Ain't Gonna Wait for You."  To be honest, ever since the group released "Don't Stop Movin" in 2001, nothing they have released has been all that great.  "Love Ain't .." is a good track though and thanks to the success of "Fool No More" this song might just surpass it's old peak.

Madonna is finally seeing some success on my charts.  This week "American Life" makes a big jump back up to number 5, equaling the peak of "Die Another Day."  The reason for this is that I saw the "original" video for it and finally am starting to dig the original version.  Right behind it though it her latest single, "Hollywood."  In between them is this week's highest debut, the latest single from Daniel Beddingfield.  The metro mix of this song is just fabulous and could possibly give Daniel his first number one (he's had two number two hits so far).  Here is how he has done so far (off-hand):

"Gotta Get Through This" - #2 (4/02)
"James Dean (I Wanna Know)" - #12 (9/02)
"If You're Not The One" - #2 (12/02)
"I Can't Read You" - #21 (4/03)
"Never Gonna Leave Your Side" - #6 (so far)

Macy Gray makes a BIG leap back up to repeak at number 8 this week with her latest.  This one really should have been here earlier, but I finally got around to really listening to it this week.  Not too much else going on with the charts this week.  Coldplay are still her after 27 weeks, Shania falls the biggest this week and Erasure now are down to one song on the charts.

Ok, time's up for now.  That's all for this week ... until next week ....
