Speedy Hire (Southern)

Corporate sales and invoice processing of construction hire equipment for commercial operations.  Internal liaison with credit control and depots to determine credit risk and clarify details with sensitive clients.  Responsibility for Hochtief-Murphy S.V �180 million contract.  Internal review of accounts (�100,000) improving accuracy of invoicing worth over �72,500 including one error worth �20,000.  Determination of key performance indicators for office and southern region used by regional sales management.

Prudential Assurance

Co-ordination  of pensions review archiving project

Investigation and analysis of review proposal documentation


The misselling of pensions in the UK during the eighties was under review by the Prudential investigating all cases of possible loss before 2002.  The pension review unit of the Prudential had a team in place investigating each policy to determine whether a loss has taken place to the client.  After the investigation of each population the policy documentation had to be achived in order to convert the Prudential to a paperless office environment.

Analysis of patient and purchasing activity and costs for GP Fund Holding healthcare for the Berkshire region. 

Analysis and evaluation of performance indicators of Berkshire Health Authorty

Comparative study of funding efficiencies of Fund Holding and Primary Care Group funding

Scenario analysis of seasonal variation of hospital waiting lists


The change from General Practitioner fund holding to Primary Care Group consortium for UK healthcare has required more rigorous monitoring of the effectiveness of healthcare funding.  Benchmarking of fund holding of GP's in Berkshire.  In such as organic environment measurement indicators of performance can identify operational challenges and inefficiencies in the allocation of a 400 million pound budget. 

Nycomed Amersham

Production of an installation qualification report for a diagnostic vitamin B12 deficiency diagnostic probe.  Production of a licence validation report for external client approval (Nuclear Industry Inspectorate and food and drugs administration approved guidelines).  Initial project planning for purchasing of an alternative storage containment of a radionucleotide diagnostic probe

The transfer of drug manufacturing from one company to another requires the installation of a new manufacturing facility and possible alternative methods of operation.  Any material produced under licence requires approval by the original manufacturer and also by regulatory bodies to ensure safe and effective manufacture.
