A global catering and service provider company. My contract involved working in the Middle East and Africa to evaluate new and established projects, undertake performance management and key performance indicator studies along with ad hoc management accounting.
An extremely interesting role which ranged from financial analysis to trouble shooting for the $60 million Escravos flagship project that required financial support and management to ensure an international project ran efficiently and within budget.
