Yeah, i'm a portland fan. i'm sure, they'll make it this year. They have a very though team, some experienced players, some young guns, ... i think that's all you need. Take a look at the rooster:

The Forwards:
You know him all. he has this 6 rings, he played with M.J., he has experience, he has everything you want a LEADER to have. he can push a team to a extra level (a skill SHAQ will never ever have...). he'd be in my dream team
He is young, he is strong, he is bad, he is mean... that's all i wanna have. he can score, he can rebound and the best thing, he has so much potential. I'm sure, he will develop so much during this season, we will have a lot of fun with him.
The Center:
Yes, he is old, i know, and he will spend a lot of time on the bench, and he will be injured. BUT there are not so many players who were olympic champios, world champions. he is a leader. he will give you some very good and efective minutes. he ALLWAYS gives 105%. and there's some backup. so don't worry about his age
The Guards:
he is a new generation. you have a
6-8 guard who can run the game, score (18.7ppg), make assists. he was injured a long time during the last season. but i'm sure, if he will be fit this season, he can give the game the right direction
he is no superstar. he won't make 20 ppg. but he is THE guy who is a team player. a role player. he is important because he gives the team so much. only because of his experience and his leadership.
