"Long occupied by prehistoric man?" Do you buy that? We're in the middle of nowhere!
The natural, yet stinky, hot spring behind Loella Sweet's house. The water from this spring was used once upon a time for laundry when Loella and her husband operated a hotel. Now the hotel is filled with Loella's various memorabilia.
The ol' water tower,
and the house known as "Helen's" after Helen Thrasher, recently deceased at age 106.
I guess the uranium in the water didn't effect her adversely.
