My Boss came in a bit later than expected. Usually he should be here before 0730 but he came in at 0800. First thing he stepped into the office and start asking how is his bb.. I told him sorry, it is still no good. I can see his face changes but he controlled it..what to do, and I dun think it is my for the unsuccessful EA.
So he told me whether have I liaised with EUZ Carl since he's the one in charge for the BES. From his email to me, he specifically told me preferably to liaise with the helpdesk personnel and try not to liaise with anyone else and now, he said he have told me that this would happen and I did not coordinate properly..shit. what can I say..He's the boss.. and he wins. I also do not wants to say more things since I know that his mode is no good for the start of the day.
My section boss assist me in sending a email to Carl explaining the issue we are facing and he is fine in giving a helping hand.
We waited till late afternoon to configure his bb set, the set again freezes at 92% and did not move anymore. So I just sametime Carl to inform him a status update every 30mins.
At 6.30pm, he told me that he need to go off.. so we contacted Carl to inform that my boss will be contacting him if there is any issue. Carl is fine for that..sometime I think ang moh is only helpful to their own kind of people. Ive been contacting this guy to assist and he push me off but once my boss contacted him, he is fine with all the arrangement..shit.

Have not been posting for dun know how many donkey years already.. what to do.. so busy with office work that I hardly can design or update my website..
I am posting now not because I am free nor I am at home nothing to do, but because I am waiting for the bb set to activate via EA with our EUZ BES. been activating for 4 times already, but it just wouldnt complete the synronization.. always stay at 92%.
So instead of letting the time goes by, I think it is also good that I update a bit of my sad story huh.
Because of the bb configuration. I have to skip my duty.. : (

My Boss sametime me from Shanghai this morning telling me that the bb set that he is using now is spolit and need a replacement set by friday when he is back in office. Wah.. Immediately I know the pain and suffering starts from here already. Been sametining almost now and then throughout the day asking this asking that..I did not have my lunch just to serve him. Liaising with our SingTel Account Manager, chasing for quoatations about whether can get a better deal for his bb..bla bla bla.. till evening 1830 then managed to set the price for a 2yrs contract at $648.
Thats not the end of the story. The real pain starts tomorrow when the set and sim card arrived to start the configuration.
Have a great dinner with Washington, Don and Mark at Pulmer Street. The stall owner was Don's primary school friend so we managed to get a very good deal. We ordered most of their famous dishes - fried fish with sambal chilli, black pepper clayfish, chilli crab, kangkong, omettee with oyster and mussle. The food was delicious. Took a bus home after the event.

Left the office early at 1230 to attend my IPPT at Maju Camp. Took the shuttle bus from our office building to City Hall MRT to Clementi and took bus 154 and alight just outside the camp.
I reached the pass office at 1400 and was told by the personnel that I am way too early for the test and was not allowed to let me enter.
Oh No.. Where can I go then.. haha.. SIM is just next door..: ) walk over there to have a cup of coffee at the cafetaria and start scanning.. Hope that you know what I mean. hehe.
Left SIM at around 1600 to meet up with Dave and proceed with our test. ok lah, the score was not that good but managed to score silver for the day. Will be walking back home with a $200 in my pocket. Cheers
