We would like to humbly state that we have launched Tiffin Service in your area (Nehru Place). We are capable of reaching you freshly cooked warm and healthy food only if we receive demand well in advance. We usually commence cooking after obtaining firm orders by 1030 hrs every day and all our Lunch Boxes must leave the Workshop (at Govindpuri) by 1200; therefore, any request thereafter becomes difficult for us to process. We believe that unless these Lunch Boxes leave the workshop on time it will be difficult in reaching them to the customers' table on time.We would therefore like to serve fresh and warm home-made food on a daily basis. Home-made food as we all know cannot be preserved for long as the same does not have any shelf life. It has to be cooked and consumed fresh.
We also understand what it takes to build a strong customer relationship. Therefore, our primary aim and objective is to generate customer satisfaction and confidence in the love (food) that we serve. To ensure that customer satisfaction is guaranteed and client confidence is generated, we have decided to post our Customer Satisfaction Executive in your area to look after your needs and satisfaction. You can also place your valued orders with him once he approaches you in the morning every day and he will be pleased to take care of serving the food to your satisfaction thereafter.
