Rumour: 26 January 2002 New ride for Wonderland?
Wonderland is rumoured to be getting a new ride, most likley from Intamin, who were rumoured to build a 9 inversion coaster which was canceled when Thorpe Park announced that they were getting a 10 inversion coaster. Although no word on what the ride is to be, 2 rumours keep coming back: One is that Wonderland will be adding a new water ride (Similar to Wild Wild West on the Gold Coast) or a coaster. One source also claims that the ride will be classed as a hyper, and be only the second of its type in the world. That could mean anything from a 4D, to an invert hyper, to an Australian version of Xcellorator.
