The Seaworld Monorail System is Australia's first.  It features Three Stations (Main Station, Mid Station, and Seaworld Nara Resort Station) on its 2km track,  and three 96 seat capaicy trains.

Attendence at Sea World increased 35% in the first four months of installation in 1988, and it is the most expensive ride built at any Australian Theme Park to date, costing Seaworld $3,000,000 ($3 Million) in 1988.
Did you know?

The System operates 3 monorails in the summer months to cope with the large numbers of guests to the park.  At other times of the year, 2 are operated with the 3rd having maintence work carried out.

The system origanally opened with 2 trains, but in 1996, Seaworld bought a third monorail, which once ran at expo 88.
