For those of you who have already gotten the CD from me, here is some more info on the recording. The Dragonetti was actually recorded a few days after the recital because the stage tech at the concert didn't know how to use the recording machine. For the same reason, the Bach cello suite isn't complete, but at least most of it is there. Also, what did record backstage recorded as 99 tracks of about 10 seconds each, so there are a bunch of little "blips" in these recordings. The Dragonetti was performed with Ina Mirtcheva on piano, and the Beethoven was performed with Anna Keegan on Violin.
This is a recent poem that I'm thinking of turning into a song. It's political, and religious, and if I do put music to it I plan to do a lot of experimentation to make it sound very unique. Of course, you can only make music sound so unique these days... as a Chumbawamba song goes, "There's nothin that's new under heaven, there's nothing that hasn't been done. Pour me another double cliche, you can't write a song that's never been sung."
Liberty
Liberty was a Goddess
Before she sailed the sea
To become a shining symbol
For the brave and for the Free

Build your monument strong
With history and truth
Repair and add to it often
Don't live with a leaky roof

For when you grow old and die
It will stand for all to see
That you lived for separation,
Equality, and the right to be free.
