: Seller's Assistant Release: Contact John Stossel at ABC 20/20 now!Only two things would make me content given all this.
1) Continued use of the product I paid for under the agreement underwhich I purchased it.
OR
2) A full refund for the products that I purchased that I will no longer be able to use
under that agreement.

I want to state again, that I would have no problem paying for upgrades to this program
like I do with my Virus software, search engine, etc. However to pay the full amount every
year over and over and over is a major rip off. Also I had to call your company for a
major problem I was having 2 times over the past year. Your company did not have a toll
free number. My last call alone cost me $32.00. I actually found myself defending your
company to my husband when he flipped out at seeing the bill. But because of all they did
I did not mind that such a big outfit did not utilize a TOLL FREE NUMBER. So how much
money did your company save in that area? I personally do not see any compensation in
using the product "free for a year" nor getting my money back. How can something
be free when it was already paid for? All of my records are stored with this program and I
do not want to start all over. It took me a long time to learn it, and relearn it as the
changes came in. John, your company and software would not be where it is today if we did
not buy it and put up with all the bugs over the years. In spite of this we also
recommended your product. How do you think you made so many sales? You know how powerful
word of mouth advertising is. Well that can work both ways. I do not blame you for selling
out to EBAY (we are all trying to make a decent living) but you should not have forgotten
your loyal customers in the process. Only being grandfathered in with a reasonable yearly
upgrade amount would rectify this situation in my opinion.
Any way, the rest of this post is not for those of you who seem happy about being ripped
off and abused by Ebay and Blackthorne. The rest of the healthy angry people can read on:

Check the site they have other toll free numbers available also. If they get complaints in
large numbers they will have to act. If nothing else they will
give Ebay and Blackthorne the negative advertising they need. Please those of you who are
unhappy with this turn of events, either take a minute to
call or go to the site and send an email to them. Also there are hundreds and hundreds of
posts here under different threads, please copy and paste
this information and ad it to this board in the different threads so all will come across
it before it is pulled. REMEMBER THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS. Ebay has got to be brought
down to size. Please pass this info on to any other groups that are interested. [email protected]
