Blackthorne Software Discussion Forum
: Seller's Assistant Release: REAL SIMPLE ebay owns Blackthorne.
AA & AA PRO will become non-functional when eBay changes the interface.
Therefore, these products will become unusable to the people that bought them due to
DELIBERATE SABOTAGE by the company that initially manufactured these products.
No judge in the country will fail to see this.
Rodel,
We have no intention of purposefully breaking the current products. You are simply trying
to find conflict where none exists.
This is simply not true. You are eBay now. You have full control. When the old software breaks, it will because you, or a fellow eBay employee broke it. If you were not owned by eBay, I would be wrong. You ARE eBay.
My software will work until you break it. That's all there is to it.
There is no Blackthorne & eBay anymore. Just one company. Tell me where I'm wrong.
I am confused about this. In the past, when ebay has made changes to the seller's or other pages, my AA would not work. I would get the upgrade, and all was once again smooth sailing. The question is when ebay makes a change will our AA products still function? Up to the now the answer has been NO, not until we upgraded. When it is stated the software will still work but will not function with the ebay changes, please clarify if that means we can still list, track, close , access buyer emails, and leave feedback. Or does it mean we can't list in 2 categories, use BIN, or that sort of thing, but the basics I just listed will still work? Please! Put it to us in straight, clear, simple terms so we may all make informed decisions about our businesses.
