I agree that a charge is in order, but not at the price it is at now. It was not thought out very well. It is like paying for an ISP. At least one other sight that is charging is going to be offering it's loyal customers a discounted rate of 10.00 a month instead of 20.00. This is something that should be done here. We all helped make this product grow and should be rewarded for it. The free year just basicly is giving us our money back for the program we bought. It is not really a gift. I would much rather pay 10 dollars a month instead of the gift for AAP

The $10 discount rate on that other site is only for a year then it goes up to $20. Our rate is $0 for the first year then $15.99 or $4.99.

It is time you ask someone at Ebay to do something about this. I realize you have no input about this decision but maybe you know someone at Ebay that can stop this before it gets out of hand.

I have endured all of the bugs of beta for over a year because I needed the features that were not available in your production software. I was patiently waiting on this to be finished so that maybe things would be better. But now, it looks like all of my troubles have been in vain.

This is not right and you know it. I dn not blame you but you may can give some input to stop Ebay for doing something wrong. Especially since you sold that product as a one time including upgrades product.

Also, please stop making yourself look bad by trying to put a nice spin on this. Face it, we have already paid for the product and you can't start charging for it again.

I don't mind paying a fair amount for support but this is out of the question.

Go to http://www.kinem.com/index.html and take a look at kAuction. Take the tour, it is very similar to AA Pro and even has some options that AA does not.
