I find this new policy Blackthorne is trying to implement OUTRAGEOUS! What a ripoff! This is how they treat their loyal customers?!?! Well, this loyal customer ain't loyal anymore. I'm going elsewhere! Let's hit them where it hurts the most.....in the ol' pocketbook!!
