Will we receive an actual CD for our $15.99 a month or will this be a download only software? Will it be web-based or a program to actually install on our hard drive? Will this be an "all new" software program or update our current existing software?

I know from having read the Basic documentation, that it is not a web based program. You can use it offline. You can get at your data even if your subscription is not active.

Kevin is right. It is not web based. You can still look at your data and create listings even if your ISP is down.

I am leaving this site up because I feel it is an important thing to do. However, your myriad of uninformed posts are causing many users to be misinformed. Please do your other posters a favor and let them discuss the real issues without inventing some that don't exist. I have not had to do it yet, but if necessary, I will revoke your abilities to post to this board.
