This new feature is really dissappointing to me. First of all I am a AAPro users Which means I upgraded from the Classic a cost of 49.95 to 199.95 a 150.00 upgrade That has never worked right since I got it. Your support has been horrible and Now you want Us to believe that Ebay will help make things better.Ha. Basically It looks like your new features are 24/7 support Which I thought I had from you when I purchased AAPro, Next is free upgrades Well upgrades were always free What is new here? All I see here is another way to take profit out of the Ebay Sellers pockets. One year free is a joke. That is just a way to keep us queit for a while until we get billed every month 15.99 for "improvments" that we were supposed to have from the beginning. In all I want to know WHAT I REALLY GET FOR A 15.99 fee per month?

Gee, I'll have to agree with Joe. I don't mind paying for upgrades but this new plan is a LEASE. Who are we dealing with here, Microsoft?
