Reporting for most stores at iGive is totally automatic. All you have to do is start your shopping by linking directly from iGive, one of our newsletters, or by using the Shopping Window.
It can take up to 30 days after shipment of your purchase for the donation amount to show up in your online records at iGive.com, although its usually a much shorter time. Take a peek at http://www.iGive.com/html/shopreport.cfm).
Checks are sent to causes monthly, 75 days in arrears. This allows the merchants time to report merchandise returns. For example, if you make a purchase on May 31, your cause would receive a check on July 31 (if their earned donation balance is at least $25.00)
At our causes' request, iGive.com does not send checks for amounts less than $25. If an account has less than $25 at the end of the month, the funds will carry over each month until $25 accrues. |
