As a healer I work closely with the energetic flow around the physical body to produce therapeutic results. I believe in a holistic approach to healing, incorporating the mind, the spirit and the body into an integrated healing session.
As a doula I have the honor of assisting families during the birth of their children. I support the entire birth process, offering prenatal support and massage, labor support and postpartum care inclusive of infant massage. To me, doula work is a remarkable honor and a delight. Experiencing the birth of a child, and assisting in easing the path for baby, mother and father, is truly a rewarding and fulfilling event.
