I think we will all remember this day.  There was something magic about it. Paddling into the still fog on the lake was truly like visiting some surreal world.  Soon, above the fog appeared the bright blue sky, and the sun with glorious heat, transported us to a new place.  We may have moved only a couple kms on our paddle...but our spirits were moved light years.  Thanks to the turtles.  Thanks to the water, the earth and sun.  Thanks to our canoes, hands and company as we paddled together.
