Happy Mothers Day

This is a day,
Thats been set aside.
To show a mother,
a child's pride.
To give you flowers,
and cards, and such.
To let you know,
I love you so much!
Through the years,
of the snakes and the bugs.
You were always there,
To give me your hugs.
The years have come,
the years have past.
But the love we share,
will Always last!
I can hardly believe,
there is only one day.
For a mother's child,
To show love in this way.
We both know,
that would never do.
Cause I have a love,
that's much stronger for you!
So here is a gift,
that was made by my hand.
To show how our love,
Is splendid and grand!
