CHL Skill Testing Results: Doug did very well in the skill testing.In the puck control Doug got a time of 17.563,and in the 60' dash he got a time of 2.846,in the 150' dash he got a time of 5.758,and in the full lap he got a impressive time of 14.784.In the fastest shot competition he shot a 86.2 mph,then next shot got an 85.6 mph.Doug is on Team Orr and was #6.Some notable players on his team were: his teammates in Red Deer Joel Stepp and Colby Armstrong,one of the top prospects in the CHL the Plymouth Whalers Stephen Weiss and the Prince George Cougars Dan Hamhuis.I was hoping that Doug got to play with the top prospect in the world Jason Spezza.
