Moo Cow (1:58:05 PM): No
Brian  (1:58:31 PM): ok...why?
Brian  (1:59:05 PM): how about Monday, it's a holiday...
Moo Cow  (2:00:24 PM): the visitation was agreed for sat 9am to sun 7pm
Brian  (2:01:06 PM): This is what you came up with....But, I am entitled to EVERY OTHER HOIDAY as well, which you agreed too.
Brian  (2:01:25 PM): So far, I have had them for 1/2 on Christmas only
Brian  (2:01:47 PM): There have been 4 holidays since then

Moo Cow  (2:02:24 PM): Monday they go to school it is not closed
Brian  (2:03:22 PM): And yes...9 on Saturday till 7 on Sunday was what was discuessed...But I asked to get them on Friday evening since I had a lot going on Saturday am....You said that "you'd think about it" and get back with me LAST weekend....
Brian  (2:04:30 PM): Monday is a LEGAL holiday...There was no stipulation about holidays and DAYCARE....Daycare is NOT school....It is my holiday w/ the girls and it happens to be on my weekend. What is the problem here?
Moo Cow  (2:04:59 PM): are picking them up at 9 on sat and bringing them back on sunday at 7 pm?
Brian  (2:06:01 PM): We discussed this....I have things going on at 9 on Saturday....You were suppoesd to meet us in Dale City at the McDonald's parking lot at 8:45
Moo Cow  (2:07:29 PM): I agreed to to that last time not knowing it was going to be a continued occurance.
Moo Cow  (2:07:57 PM): You agreed to provide the transportation to and from.
Brian  (2:08:33 PM): We discussed that as well. You asked me if this was just for the next two times or if this was going to be ongoing. I told it was most likely going to be ongoing until at least December.
Moo Cow  (2:09:25 PM): Yes you told me that sunday evening when you droped the kids off...
Brian  (2:10:47 PM): And I have never agreed to permantly provide transportation both ways. That is something that you made up, and the only way that I could see the girls is if I agreed to this. This is temporary because you agreed to half of the transportation over a year ago and went back on that
Brian  (2:11:39 PM): I never told you that bringing them to Dale City was a one time thing
Moo Cow  (2:11:46 PM): I am at work I don't have time to continue this dissustion, are you going to pick the girls up at 9 on sat and bring them back on sun at 7 or are you giving up your visitation for this weekend
Brian  (2:13:06 PM): Of course, you never have time to discuss the kids. But you can "jam to your music" as you say in your instant message away greeting while you are at work...
Brian  (2:13:15 PM): I am assuming that they are still sick?!
Brian  (2:14:09 PM): I will NEVER give up by Visitation, but you seem to think that it is ok to deny or prevent it

Brian  (2:15:37 PM): I do NOT wish to come to your parents house...I have made that perfectly clear in the past. Meet me in the parkig lot at Track Auto in Chantilly near their home as a NEUTRAL location....This is a one time occurance. I will not be doing all the traveling.
