This page is dedicated to all individuals - colleagues, associates, ordinary citizens, government officials, etc. - whom I have met and who have given all due attention during my original research and to solving the various problems involved in developing the concept and proposal presented by KYMAK. Most of these individuals work in the following professional fields. Names of all individuals will be given as they allow and so inform me, if I have not already taken the liberty of naming them where I saw fit to do so.
The first person to express real enthusiasm for the idea was about the time it first came to me in 1977. He was a Ph.D. Geographer and Dean of the College of Management at the University of Texas where I had attended about 1975 and taken a course he was teaching in transportation, "Physical Distribution". He took a copy of the Map with the 1500 mile square and showed it to the entire faculty at a meeting. Later, another geographer in a City planning department showed the same kind of interest. City Planners also in various agencies have shown interest and freely given of their time just about any time I happened to drop by their office; Likewise for Architects as well as Landscape Architects, Civil Engineers, etc. including individuals in all the various professions listed below. A Civil Engineer and Transportation Director of the Regional Planning Commission, Bill Morgan worked with me and did much to make things happen. At the bottom of this page names of other individuals will be noted ASAP. The most valuable person in the development of the details was AIA Architect Douglas E. Helms and staff in the City of Mobie, Alabama Planning department from about 1985~93.
