RS: Actor Tom Sizemore temporarily left the big screen behind to star in the CBS cop drama �Robbery Homicide Division.� On the show, he plays Los Angeles police lieutenant Sam Cole, a by the book cop who takes his job very seriously. Especially when he�s undercover.

RS: Hey, tell me about Sam Cole.
TS: No.
RS: (Laughter.) Oh c�mon, please.
TS: No. (laughs)
RS: What�s he like? He�s so, he�s very straight-laced.
TS: He�s � I spent a lot of time with Robbery Homicide detectives in Los Angeles. And they�re real unique guys insofar as they go to a place where they might not even know the identity of the victim. And they work backwards to find the victim and then motive and then the person � they�re very serious people. Sam Cole�s � he�s really good at it. The fellow in the LAPD, right now, they call the �see-er.� When you go to a crime scene, he told me that, just look at it, �cause it�s there. Who did it is in there. And he�s good at that. He�s also a very serious person insofar as, I have said in one of the episodes, �I just catch bad guys, that�s it.��
