original music "At the Hop!"

first the technical stuff...

these webpages were created with a homebuilt Pentium 150 running on 32 megs of RAM. the OS is win3.11 (the best!) and we used Netscape 3.3 Gold (again, the best!) and windows notepad as an HTML editing tool. this is our first experience with webpages, and we are having a ball! we've only been on the internet since September of 1997 and started messing around with the webpage idea in March of '98. i think we put up the first draft in April. there have been many changes since. judy scanned in the photos at work, and we converted most of them to GIF format with PaintShopPro so they would load faster. some of the graphics are ours created with PSP and animations with Animagic. some came from a CD on webpage creation, and some came from AndyArt, a helpful site with art and HTML pointers. music is either from the MIDI Farm, (a public- domain site for noncommercial use,) or as credited on each page. we have tried to acknowlege and give credit for art and music we use when and where we can. if you find anything on these pages that is yours or improperly credited, please email us with the info and action you deem proper and we will look into it asap.

we hope you enjoy looking at our pages as much as we enjoyed creating them!...(UPDATE, OCT. 2OO2,)... A lot of things have changed in the last five years. the 'puter is now a 233 w/168 megs of RAM and running on Win '98 successfully now for two years or so;-) And, some of my favorite links have gone by the wayside or even worse, been taken over by a commercial operation of some kind, if you find any of these kinds of links, please report them to me so I can remove them:-) Thanks for visiting, enjoy the site! Doug, (still around after all this time;-)
