I AM.
(Focus on your heart- your connection with All That Is).
I AM proud of I AM.
(Feel your divinity, your Christ energy).
I AM in my sweet spot.
(Feel the energy being grounded, and KNOW that you are in exactly the right place for this moment).
I AM creating my future in Love, Joy, Peace, Harmony, Abundance and Relationships for my highest good.
(Feel the Light emanating from your heart out in front of you, into the distance. This is setting the energy for you to walk into).
I AM a conduit of the highest energy into this plane.
(Feel the highest energy flowing through you into Mother Earth).
I AM sharing this energy un-conditionally with others around the world, doing the same thing,
(Imagine that you are sharing this energy with other people stationed like lighthouses all around the world);
that we magnify and ground this energy for the good of all energy forms, whatever form they may take,
(imagine that we as a group are a magnifying glass, strengthening this energy and focusing it into the Earth);
anchoring this energy into the centre of the Earth, and shining it out; within the Earth
(imagine the Earth filling with this pure white light),
upon the Earth
(imagine the surface of the Earth and all upon it , is coated in this light),
around the Earth
(picture that the atmosphere is energised),
around the Solar System
(energising the all the planets etc.),
throughout the Universe
(the light beams from the centre of the Earth and fills the Universe);
for the good of all of Creation.
