The drive to Pittsburgh
Leaving Glen Burnie, MD. in the late afternoon, it was cloudy with a forecast of rain as I made my way
out I-70 into Western Maryland and up into Pennsylvania. I never realized how high the mountains were out
there. This area must really be beautiful when it's all green and when the leaves are changing in the fall;
I will definitely have to come back through on another visit.
With the overcast and the fading light, these photos are not the best quality.
Just outside Breezewood, PA. I ran into the rain, and with the darkness quickly closing in, I did not
get to take any more photos. But did manage to grab the camera in time to snap a shot of the tunnel.
Look what I found as I checked into my room....
Anna had decked the room with a little tree, some presents, and Christmas music playing on her CD player.
Isn't she Sweet!!!!
I settled in, had some wine, and finished decorating the tree while I waited for her to get off work and join me.
