Dexter Atkin
Dexter Atkin was always large for his age, but he was very rarely thought of as anything but a heaping pile of muscles.  In spite of his attempts to prove his worth mentally, he was unable to make a difference in how he was viewed.  In a show of defeat, Dexter submitted himself to football.  Suprisingly, he found that the mix of physicality and strategy suited him well.  Dexter became a star in his own right, but there was one person who always shined a little brighter; Alexander Larrowitz.  Dexter and Alexander bickered and argued so much that through the whole of the year, they were never allowed on the field together.

It wasn't until the season's end that things came to a head.  Alexander confronted Dexter and defeated him for all the school to see.  Unwilling to take this embarasement lying down, Dexter followed Alexander for several days attempting to plot his absolute revenge.  His mission led him to the Stonefall Guild House.  Unaffected by the masses there, Dexter challenged Alexander to a rematch right there inside the Guild House.  Though neither could claim victory, Dexter had knocked seven people out during the course of the fight.  Rindell took notice of this power, thus recruiting Dexter into the Elite "Wreckless" unit under the name Hardcore.
