TOMORROW NEVER DIES--Hints & tips

GENERAL TIPS...
~When fighting BOSSES...shoot for the HEAD! (headshots take off 10 points at a time from their health).
~Use the "stealth attack" whenever feasible as this will obviously alert less enemies and will also improve your STEALTH KILLS & STYLE scores.
~SKIING TRICKS...

SPECIFIC LEVEL TIPS...
LEVEL 01 ("Outpost"): ~Use the Bond "stealth attack to kill the 1st opponent w/o alerting anyone else. Then shoot the 2 patrolling guards using the lg. gas tanks as cover from the sniper in the pill box (one guard will probably come running after you kill the first one--be prepared for him). DO NOT shoot any of the tanks! After opening the gate go thru & to the left and then strafe-run past the pillbox door, pick up the armor there and shoot the patrolling guard off in the distance. Then go to the pill box and use your lean to shoot the sniper inside. You can then use the sniper rifle to kill the guard on the tower in the distance.
~After picking up the extra life in the fenced-in area--be prepared for 2-3 guards that are triggered by entering that area.
~After disabling the radar dish (and the plane blowing it up)--move close to where the chopper will hover and kill the guards just as they get off the rope w/ your auto-aim (easy!).
~When skiing--just concentrate on going as fast you can and don't worry too much about poking or pushing the skiing guards.

LEVEL 02 ("Arms Bazaar"): ~After placing the remote explosive on the crates to reveal the plane you must photograph--move well away to avoid damage to yourself. Then, use your lean to take out the guards inside that area before entering.
~After opening the lg. gates--run quickly straight ahead to pick up the lg. health, then turn to your right, kill the guard and run to the tower ahead and to the right. Pick up the armor you'll see, then move behind the tower and shoot the guy you'll see a bit ahead of you (he has the key you need). After retrieving the key, run straight for the extra life a bit beyond the plane (only shoot any guards who are blocking you). Then run straight for the ladder to the cockpit of the plane (ignoring everything else). Blast everything & everyone with the planes guns & the level will end.

LEVEL 03 ("Carver Media"): ~Use your "stealth attack to get the 1st guard, then headshot the guy beyond the door playing poker at the table--then be prepared for the other guy who was playing to come running at you (he's easy to kill w/o taking damage if you're ready for him.
~Remember to pick up the armor in behind some shelves in this room.
~After opening the door with the key you got off one of the shelves, You can use a pillar for cover & kill one (or even both) of the guards in the glassed-in room by shooting the machine near the guard(s)
~All the way around the far end of the hallway is a room whose dooor opens when you approach...be prepared to shoot instantly as there's a guard who'll hit an alarm. Pick up the elev. key off the shelf & the healths behind the shelves. Remember this room as this is where the extra life will be later on in the level
~After the cut-scene and you're disarmed--use your cufflink to cut the mirror on the far left side, Run to the table as quickly as you can to retrieve your pistol--if you shoot the guard in here quickly enough--no other guards will come...then you can just pick up the health and hit activate the machine . Now you only need to escape the bldg. the same way you came in from (remembering to stop off at that litle room I mentioned earlier to pick up the extra life).

LEVEL 04 ("Pressing Engagement"): ~Use your lean to take out the 1st guard & be sure to pick up the armor & ammo in the room he was in front of the door to.
~After retrieving the elec. keycard from the suitcase--before going into the room with the safe--go into the large room with the level exit at the end (beyond the press room) and clear out all the enemies. This will make it easier as you'll only have the few enemies that appear after opening the safe to deal with.

LEVEL 05 ("Hotel Atlantic"): ~When the level starts--stand right where you are & arm your pistol--the guards at the far end of the room can't hit you from there, but you can easily headshot them.
~When fighting BOSS #1 (Dr. Kaufman)...as soon as the cut-scene ends--run into the room around the corner to your right. Pick up the health & armor and then shoot at him thru the doorway (you may have to duck slightly out of the door to lure him, but once you do--go back into the room). With all the health & armor you pick up--and with the cover provided by the room--he is easy to kill from here w/o losing a single life (even on 00agent).
~After killing him and meeting up with Paris, go back downstairs, kill the guards there and go thru the double doors & to the left (around the corner is the level's extra life). Then go back thru the double doors and retrace you steps back to the car to end the level.

LEVEL 06 ("Convoy"): ~If you want to get the extra life...use machineguns only on all vehicles except the last one (the armored vehicle). After all of the cars are eliminated except for him--shoot him w/ missiles until he is on fire, then back off so he can't hit you until you come to a hill right near the end. Then speed up, pick up the extra life & then fire your missiles immediately to kill the armored vehicle (the level ends very shortly after the extra life and you'll get a "MISSION FAILED" if you don't take him out very quickly after he passes the extra life).

LEVEL 07 ("Ski Ridge"): ~As with level #1--don't worry too much about poking or pushing baddies. Concentrate on skiing as fast as you can & picking up healths (you will have to deal with a couple of the guards as when there are a lot--they will block you & slow you down.
~DO NOT shoot any barrels! as this will trigger extra guards and remember to pick up the extra life behind the helicopter in the 1st area after the skiing part of the level.
~There is a full-armor in the 2nd area--you must blow up some barrels (a group of 3) here to get it (this is an exception to the DON'T shoot any barrels tip ). It is near the bldg. in a corner by some crates.
~As soon as you activate your fingerprint scanner to open the door to BOSS #2 (Isagura)--and immediately after the cut-scene--switch your gadget to "HEALTH"!
~When fighting Isagura, keep moving (avoid the gas), try to get a pillar between you and he--and use your "lean" to get an aim on him--and go for his head.

LEVEL 08 ("CMGN Tower"): ~When the level starts--quickly aim upwards & shoot the guard on the roof, then hug the wall and move fwd almost to the top of the ramp (the guard ahead will have his back turned & will be unaware of you--easy headshot ). The back down the ramp just far enough to barely see the heads of the 2 guards on the other side of the ramp wall (if you don't go too far back down--they won't be able to hit you, but you can headshot them).

LEVEL 09 ("Market District"): ~When you go to open the door to the area where you fight the 1st BOSS ("Rocketman?"), open it but don't go thru right away. First shoot one of his accomplises from the doorway (ahead & to the left--in the far corner from you).
~When fighting the 1st BOSS, use the "circle-strafe" technique and keep plugging away at him (don't get too close to him or you'll get hit). This boss is actually pretty easy to take out w/o even losing armor if you keep moving & don't get hung-up on anything.
~When fighting the 2nd BOSS (the armed helicopter)...run thru the gate & go to the left side of the area (still facing the same way as when you came in) and aim upwards w/ your rocket-launcher. When the chopper flies over you--hit the "fire" button just as FAST as you can! You can take it out in seconds (w/o losing a single life) if you do it fast enough & your aim is true.

LEVEL 10 ("Stealth Boat"): ~Move quickly throughout this level as guards continously generate in the hallways (you're safe to "hang-out" inside of most rooms ).
~When going for the 1st BOSS (in the room w/ the crates)--use the crate near the door for cover. First, shoot the gas canister to take off quite a bit of his health, and then go for headshots. He's really quite easy to take out w/o incurring any damage to yourself if you do it this way.
~After killing him, pick up all the healths and then BACK-UP to pick up his key & Gren. Launcher (this way you'll be prepared for the baddie who is triggered by picking them up).
~When entering the very lg. room (w/ the missile launch control panel)--turn left and stay up on the highest walkway. Proceed to the far end and look down to your right. The guard will be unaware of you and is an easy kill. Then go down to the level he was on and proceed to the other end. When you come to the far end--turn around quickly and kill another guard who will appear there(for some reason, he is invisible until you pass him).
~When fighting the final BOSS (Carver) --make sure all of the guards are taken out first, then arm your GL and go right up to Carver. Make sure your aim is right on him and pull that trigger just as fast as you can. You will take him out in 2-3 secs. (even on 00agent)
~After you have Carver's missile key, go back to the lg. room and kill the 2-3 guards in there (the game won't let you disarm the missiles until they're dead for some reason). Then disarm the missiles at the control panel. Now, pick up all the healths that remain and go up to the highest walkway via the ramp closest to the panel. Run to the exit door (the one you originally entered the lg. room from). This way you'll avoid having to fight any of the new batch of guards who come into the lg. room.
~When you get to the last door to the room w/ the ladder (the ladder is the level exit), open it and Immediately back up. There will be several gas canisters on the other side of the door as well as a batch of guards (the explosion of the canisters will take a life from you. After they're blown up and you kill the guards--go to the ladder. LEVEL COMPLETE
