Baloo training is the first step in the BSA outdoor training program. Baloo is a preparation of the Cub Scout leader interested in learning about overnight camping activities. Pack's that wish to conduct a pack overnight camping experience, must have BALOO training.

University of Scouting is a Cub Scout, Boy Scout and Venturing Leader's learning extravaganza!!--a big, fun-filled experience where leaders increase their knowledge, improve their skills and gain enthusiastic attitudes about Scouting. This is one training you'll want to attend each year!!!
Roundtables are a form of commissioner service and supplemental training for volunteers at the pack level. Roundtables give volunteers examples for pack and den meetings; information onpolicy, events, and training opportunities; ideas for crafts, games, and ceremonies; and an opportunity to share experience and enjoy fun and fellowship. These monthly meetings help volunteers provide a stronger program for Cub Scouts.
