To assure this, the purchaser agrees to take this puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours for a health check. Should the puppy be deternined to be in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the seller, the puppy may upon presentation of a written diagnosis, be returned for another puppy of equal valve or monies to be returned to purchaser. The choice is to be determined by the seller. The buyer in order to maintain the health of the puppy, agrees to furnish all shots and health maintenance procedures their veterinarian advises. The buyer hereby agrees and binds himself to take good and reasonable care of the puppy, feed and house the puppy properly, and give the best possible attention to the welfare of the puppy purchased. The buyer agrees to inform and surrender the puppy to the seller, if they should at any time during the its life, find they are unable to keep the puppy. The buyer agrees not to turn the puppy over to any shelter, society or rescue organization. If the breeder sees that a puppy is not confirmable, breedable, ect., according to breed standard the breeder requires that the puppy be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age, to be done at the buyers expense.
