ITWARE’s team of experts will be located at the customers site and will
execute all phases of the software life-cycle from the customers site. ITWARE
will be responsible for project management.
Offshore Projects
Under this service model,
the project will be executed in ITWARE’s solutions center located in India.
Most phases of the software life-cycle are executed at our offshore solutions
center. Certain aspects of the project such as requirements
definition and implementation will be performed at the customer’s site. ITWARE
will have overall responsibility for project management.
Professional Services
Our professional services
group provides skilled professionals to customers based on their needs. The
professionals will be directly supervised by customers for the duration of the
engagement. The customer has responsibility for project management.
Offshore Dedicated
Centers
The concept of an Offshore Dedicated Center involves setting up a devoted team
of resources for customers at ITWARE’s offshore solutions center in India. In
this service model, manpower, hardware, software, office space and any other
resources needed for the project are dedicated to the customer. The customer
will have access to these resources on a continuous basis.
