| Egg Drop Soup 3 white onion slices 3 slices of ginger 4 c. chicken stock 2 tbs. cornstarch mixed with cold broth 2 eggs whisked Simmer white onions and ginger in chicken stock. Bring to a low -medium heat. Add cornstarch and broth until thickened. Swirl broth and slowly add eggs in a thin strand. Top with sliced green onions. |
