In a wok heat a few tbsp. sesame oil. Add chili peppers and add beef. Stir fry. Sauce chicken stock rice wine soy sauce black Chinese vinegar sugar ginger garlic cornstarch and water unsalted peanuts Mix with the beef. Heat until thickened. Serve over rice. |
