| Cream Delight Salad |
| 1 large can crushed pineapple (drained), retain liquid 1/2 jar maraschino cherries (drained), retain liquid 3c. miniature marshmallows 1 1/2c. whipping cream water 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4c. sugar 1/4c. tapioca 1/4c. mixed nuts, chopped |
| 1. Combine cherry & pineapple juice. Add enough water to make 2 cups. 2. Add salt & sugar. Bring to a boil. 3. Add tapioca. Stir tapioca until thick. Cool. 4. Add pineapple, cherries, and nuts. Mix well. 5. Whip the cream and fold in. Chill and serve. |
